Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.
- Assemble, fit, and test electrical components, panels, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe operations.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Technology or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if required.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
- Valid electrician license (where required by law).

Description
We are looking for experienced Construction Skimmers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in applying plaster, skim coats, and finishing layers to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to achieve a smooth, even finish. The role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and priming before applying skim coats.
- Apply plaster, skim coat, or finishing compounds to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- Smooth, level, and finish surfaces to required standards.
- Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in existing plasterwork.
- Work with tools such as trowels, hawks, and sanding equipment.
- Mix and apply materials according to specifications.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople (painters, masons, etc.) to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Construction Skimmer, Plasterer, or similar role.
